No, can't say that I did. But given that your nasal cavity connects to the back of your throat, it really doesn't matter. The average person swallows about a quart of snot every day. Drink up!

that�s disgusting. I don�t think I swallow that much, since I blow my nose about 30 times a day. I�m plagued with sinus problems. I think I have a deviated septum, but I�m scared to go to an ENT because I know they�ll have to do that procedure where they scrape (thin out) your nasal cavity or whatever they do. it�s PAINFUL I heard. but then again, I�d be able to breathe better.

You, especially, probably swallow that much. If you have sinus issues it means extra snot. It's just hard to notice. It's actually good to swallow snot because it lines your stomach and strengthens it. That way your stomach doesn't get upset as easy.
