The dog soup is called "Bo Shin Tang" in Korea. I've heard it tastes like chicken and the way they kill the dog before cooking it is brutal. What they do is get a bat and beat its head until it gets unconsious, and this makes the meat tender. When it is knocked out, it is burned so the hair is gone, then they chop it up and presto...doggy soup!!

Anybody wants some "Bo Shin Tang"?
