The night at Space started out great, ended....uhhh...cut short.

Edgar bringing it nasty with the house. The crowd was enjoying the beats Mr. V was dropping. Nice way to open up the night.

Tiesto comes on around 2am and for the first hour and half I'd say, wasn't anything spectacular, but still was good. Then he began dropping the nasty bombs, and the party was on.....well we thought it was. 5am rolls around and Tiesto is outta there 3 hours? Not expected at all. I was ready for some more....

It wasn't exptected, but at this point there is nothing you can do. After Tiesto, whoever it was, that was the end of the night for me. Too much of a drop off I couldn't take it.

Good to see some TA's there, though I was hoping to meet a few more of you. Just remember seeing Bling, Renzo, Arturo, and I met one from Georgia. I'm sorry I don't remember your name. Overall, was a decent night out at Space.

Till the next one.....

ERIC

P.S. Some tracks that I remember Tiesto played (in no particular order)

Ridgewalkers - Find
Re Locate - Typhoon
Push - Universal Nation
Portishead - Roads (Sultan & Tonedepth Mix)
Tiesto - Nyana

You're an ass. I am not whoring them...I'm just whoring Mike Burns! I'm just kidding!

Seriously though this information came directly from Mike himself. The track still isn't signed.

Night was F-ing awesome . I was wondering if you guys could help me ID a song Tiesto played like an hour into his set it was very sexy erotic sounding because of a sax, flute, or guitar sound cant remember but it was awesome beautiful melody.

you poser why dont you just come and listen for yourself! go back to trannyaddict.com.

heres some more reviewage

you know when amazing moments of a set happen and your like, omg that was sick! that was the entire 3 hours of this set, one after another, i knew it right away, he was having a blast in the booth(how about when he was spinning on his knees and you couldnt even see him just his hands in the air over the mixer!)...and the energy was unmatched to any set these ears have heard. track selection was i too was happy with the limited vocals, no overplayed tiesto productions(he played thosed at bayfront) thanks to space for blowing the shit out of the Kyro machine!

To be fair, Jeanne was bearing down and as Amber & I were leaving our hotel room, the TV news had announced that they were closing the aiport no later than noon Sat. He was probably getting on an earlier flight to make sure he got out in time (And can we blame him?)

Not once, but twice! Once at Bayfront and then at Space. As it's currently on my top 5, I was most pleased!

Damn straight. After he dropped "Find" (for the 2nd time that evening, much to my pleasure ), he went on an absolute tear. I faithfully listen to Armin's ASoT each week, so I'd heard many of the tracks before, but never like that. Holy f-ing cow. Amber said it best - "Art". I love Ferry's energy, adore his vibe, but Friday night, I heard a true master at work. For him to carry that vibe w/o dipping into the fan favorite bag. "OMFG" doesn't begin to describe it. I had wanted to get a bottle of water for nearly an hour, but I couldn't stop dancing (bad back and all!) long enough to do it.

Trancebrat - I love you, Amber! Thank you for enlightening me to Tiesto! Thanks for hanging with your big brother in the side room.

Neil - you had *such* a shit-eating grin on your face all night.

MaxDaddy, you got some hectic moves! Next time there's a Space gig, we should synch up and share resources. PM me or Trancebrat.

To ArturoB, Bling, Ryan, Rachel & the rest of the FLTA's: I wish I could've stayed the main room with you cats, but the sardine-packed standing had my back spasming and I had to have room to sit & stretch... which later turned to "room to dance". Dancing, helping a bad back... well, at least as the time... the next morning was another story.

Did I hear The Mystery - Fever, or was I mistaken? And there's a few more I recognized, but I'll have to dig out the track names.
