Today i was going to my car and i saw their dog. it was shut outside the basement door, the leash was inside, and the dog had about 2 inches of slack on the leash to move around. now if that is not animal cruelty i dont know what is. and i just came home and the bullshit downstairs is in full force, even at 9pm. i'm seriously starting to lose my mind over this. i was trying not to be a bitch and call the landlord over it but i'm about to have a nervous breakdown and i cant live with it anymore!!
