the reason so many people flame this mixer is because is shoddily built. the reason you pay over �600 for another mixer with similar features is because it will deal with a lot more shit. do you play hard music? if so, i am surprised the faders haven't gone already. the eq's will lose any precision they once had, & cheap mixers generally have very poor quality faders that give up the ghost if you make a lot of fast movements. sound quality may not sound so bad now, but when you buy a new mixer you will see the difference.

+ there is hardly ANY point to an effects unit which you cannot change the time parameter on. it leaves absolutly nothing for you to do on there except switch on, switch off. and i think we are all agreed thats pretty boring use of effects, considering what difference it would make had they have put a time knob on.

Effects r shit .. the Sound Quality is shit .. evrything about it is shit!!!!

Ive only got 2 x 300 watt speakers in my room and i cant even hear the fukn tunes as i cue them, i had 2 buy a head fone amp to be able to hear the song throught the headphone!(Technics HD1210's btw, so ther pretty decent headfones 2!)

I would stay clear of it, ul only b disappointed

LOL I guess some people like these and others don't then, anyway I've had a blast on one of my friends Behringer mixer (not the DJX700 but they can't be much different) and this is now my opinion.

Gonna save the cash, the Numark is due till next month so I should be ready for then.
