ummmmm that doesnt look like final scratch. were they even mixing or just playing a pre recorded set
They were using Abelton Live I believe.
G&D uses Ableton Live 4.0. I assume they mixdown into aif files 8 and 16 beat phrases of their own productions they use for their sets. They also import in whole tracks by other producers and mix that in. Josh controls the laptop with Live and routes all the controls to a mixer controlled by Dave.

Sorry I couldnt make it out to the pre-party...Good to see everyone i did at the show! The set was really good and I had a really excellent time at the show and after the show...hope you guys all did too!!
Oh and it was REALLY nice to meet ThomBizznitch

Hello everyone!!! What a great night!! I had so much fun at 1150, the most fun I have had there in a LONG time!
G & D 's set was amazing!! This was my first time seeing them and they FAR exceeded my expectations. Every song just seemed like a favorite, it was really great. Thanks so much G & D for coming to Atlanta!!!
It was great to meet some new peeps and to see all the old ones too! Sorry I missed the after party but having to study the next day was a priority, and I'm glad I went to bed fairly early (well 3:30 am, earlier than most!!). I can't wait to see all of you at PVD!!

Thanks everybody for coming out! It is safe to say the dinner was a huge success. I had a reservation for 25 people and 27 showed up. Right on the money. We gave those waitresses a hard time but in the end I think they were happy with the 18% tips. I hope everyone enjoyed the food at Fuergo's as much as I did. I liked their tapas because it's so shareable.
Gabriel & Dresden Show
Wow, what a show. Gabriel & Dresden blew me away! I can't remember when 4 hours went by so fast. Their set's energy, flow and tracklist was excellent! Definitely one of the great parties of the year for me. It was surreal looking at old people (50+) dancing on the dance floor. 
I assumed they were guests from the previous private party that stayed for the show. I gotta say they were really breaking down. A few of them were visibly intoxicated. I only hope I can do the same when I am their age. Hope their hangover wasn't too bad. 
Afterparty
Honestly, I almost didn't make it. I was dead tired from G&D. I passed out in the backseat as Trey drove Tom and I to Ken's. I am glad I did though. I got to spin to brief set and got to hang out with some good friends. Who could ask for more?
To the TAs
We rule. Great meeting all the new TAs. Hope to see you guys in future TA meetups and parties. 
Awesome meeting Bobby, The Peach's husband, and Wolfie. Haha Wolfie is so cute, I really want a dog now. Bobby, hope to see you again soon!
To all the usual suspects, much love.
btw, G&D ended with Radiohead - Everything In It's Right Place (Hybrid Mix)
not to jump off topic but i was going through TA profiles and it said ".... TA #"...i wanted to know how many total atl ta's we have. lol...and like the order which they registered. that's kind of interesting. to kinda see who the old members are and who the new ones are. i register march 13 2003 or something like that. just thought that was interesting to know.
