If I told you, I would have to kill you, and then Ferry would probably kill me too.

the internet, but thats naughty

The internet isnt naughty.

I harassed my parents for it in high school to help me with school assignments and home work.

I now use it to keep on top of news and current events as well as sharing academic and informative information.

yeah I flogged it.... off the net... a good mate sent it to me...

thing is.. its a bootleg of ferry's bootleg.. so.. it's hardly illegal!!

still sounds sweet tho!

Why, cos 2 negatives makes a positive???

Apparently BT liked Ferry's remix so much that it is getting a proper release....

That's what i heard, anyway.

That was crazy.

Longest running A Night Of Trance with the club closing at 7:15am. Very very well done. For the next event on December 3 lets try and keep the club open till 8am!!!

It was the second biggest A Night Of Trance behind the 1st birthday event.

The event truly had that crazy A Nigh Of Trance vibe and really reminded me a lot of the Suzie Q's event where people were running between the rooms all night to see the various performers.

I was very very very impressed with Karvan and Condivi the live act. They were awesome really really energetic euphoric and of course original music.

I was also very impressed by Luke and Jayde. I wasn't sure how these guys would work together but they did and it was awesome. I think alot of the club staying open so late has to be attributed to these guys pounding set. Well done.

Mark Dynamix was also very very impressive of course. The quality of the scratching i think caught everyone by surprise. Mark was having such a good time that he even asked to play a little longer!!! Hence the extra 20 minutes to his set.

and of course Nicki's singing of One Perfect Day. Well done!!! I was nervous at first when we were rehersing but she pulled it off brilliantly. Her voice sounded amazing!

I didn't get to hear much of the others but what i did hear was mighty impressive. I think we really have a great group of DJs and performers on board.

Big thanks to Nicki, James, Scottie, Tennille, Karren, Gabriel and everyone else involved in the night. It wouldn't have happened without you!!!

Of course a big thanks to everyone who came and made the event such a success.

Hopefully we'll be able to upload some of the sets

Josh

AWESOME NIGHT!
I saw some guy going nuts at Kings Cross Station on the way home at about 6am, he had been bashed apaprently and he was swearing his head off to everyone and his mates. Bit harsh for him. His head was bleeding

Anyway, i had a great time on Friday night and it was great to meet many new people from TT and TA. Shoutouts to marcusus, Kwan (sp?), trance_chick, armind, ossie_au, chewbacca, NickNack, Tathi, Insomniac (i think i met you?), Cameron,....i'm sure there was more but i can't really remember everyone, SORRY!

All of the DJ sets were great, i was very happy with everyone. Josh has certainly brought together some great trance talent

I arrived to the sounds of Muli downstairs, and i have to say, i was very impressed. Very nice prog tunes that he was laying down, and they were great to start the night off. Good stuff.

Next i had a listen to Scott Richardson upstairs. He played some killer tracks, including his own Solarcoaster remix and the Quest - C Sharp . However, the outstanding track from his set was BT - Force Of Gravity (Ferry Corsten Bootleg). OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love that track to bits, i have been loving it for the past couple of months.

Mark Dynamix: what can i say? The man's a friggin genius. That set was pure madness, and the addition of my all-time favourite track Delerium - Silence (DJ Tiesto In Search Of Sunrise Mix) made it all the more sweeter. His scratching was mad, the mixing was smooth and the tunes were great. That was the first time i have seen him and i hope its not the last.

Karvan and Kondivi: sweet stuff guys! I had a talk to Kondivi, he said they had only been producing seriously for 8 months. Wow! Cool stuff guys.

Hmm, who else? i have to go to work soon.....
Saw a bit of Cam's set, can't really remember it though.

All the rest were awesome too.

See you guys later!

Posted by gilmista on Nov-01-2004 04:28:

what are some classics that dynamix played?

Posted by marcusus on Nov-01-2004 05:37:

1998, Cafe Del Mar, Carte Blanche, Silence (Tiesto's ISOS Mix), Dreams.

There were plenty more, but those are the ones I can recall off the block.

That's it! I knew there was one more from that list that was missing... Bloody memory...

I had a rollicking good time what.

Favourite sets of the night would be Dynamix and Muli. About the only other set I saw was those two chaps downstairs who were dropping some very nice tracks. To tuckered out by that stage though.

Ma photos are here
