I'm currently workin in a tech support job where I basically do nothing at all. I literally sit at my computer playing games, chatting online and surfing the web all day.

Now and then I have to spend a minute or two helping someone out and thats it

that's how things SHOULD be here

however the way things work is shitful because of my boss's plans for the company - he keeps wanting to change shit that doesnt need fixing
