i think that bloke killed himself after seeing the responce from the forum, he ddnt reply once afterwards

Posted by itsTrueSonic on Oct-09-2004 19:44:

people are still posting??

well i can make a rap song about TranceAddict.com .. i'll just write a few lyrics and how about everyone "Quote" along to build the rap song...

i joined tranceaddict
to find a groove that was static
but what i found was a feeling that was automatic.
he found those who were cynic
and others who were psychotic.

he made stupid posts
got flamed by most
he once was lost
about why most thought he was nothing but a crust.

...that's all for now .. let us build on it.

not bad idea! Tranceaddict should have a theme song too. How about a contest and the winner is going to be the theme song.

First, we must find someone. Then, we must post a new Thread saying about the contest and we must find competitors

Tranceaddict is the place, that has a lot of grace
Its members are da bomb, very few are from Guam
Sometimes the forum is slow, whenever it's resources run low
The section with online sets, hits less often than the New York Mets
No pornography please, but go ahead, talk about the birds and the bees

Tranceaddict rocks da house, unlike an infestation of head louse
It's amusing to see the masses, who kiss the DJ's asses
My signature quotes Stephen King, right now i'm eating a chicken wing
These trancefools don't know how to rap, my favorite dancestyle is tap
So as you can see, Tranceaddict is the place to be!

I think it would be too hard to decide on one single track, but if we do decide I think it should be something from Cosmic Gate. Hard Trance Rules!!!

No it does not rule...

See no Theme song can't be selected cause it wouldn't reflect the whole community..

I thought that this was actually in the works some time ago. Wasn't swamper going to provide a simple, midi-like melody and then let a number of mixes be produced by Production Forum members?

I always thought that it was a great idea, but don't remember it ever materializing.

Def Jam is for newbs. I'm going to start my own hip hop label and only sign producers and rappers who are as good as I am.

Nah, it was up to us producers to produce the MIDI out of which 1 would had been picked. It never really sparked much of an interest for some reason though.

Yeah, that was it. Oh well, maybe when I start producing again.
