hehe sorry if day II is taking a while, im scared of starting it, its gonna take a while

I'm celebrating Oktoberfest on the 21st October. HUGE party at my uni with over 10,000 people going!!!

nope, my friends bring the suck. hell we went to puerto vallarta in september and we didn't do shit cause one friend was out to get laid. bunk ass 5 days. didn't even get wasted down there

OK OK ill start now I just woke up from a 12 hour sleep. Im sick and have missed the last two days of work. My body shut down pretty hard after the Ofest

Alllright. So. The day begins at 9am. We wake up and head over to subway, somewhat subdued from the other night, but not hungover. Then we hit starbucks. Between the two stores we realize something...

it isnt raining. In fact, its a crystalline, gorgeous morning with snowcappped peaks surrounding us and beer practically sparkling in the air. We all look at each other with the foretelling of insane amounts of people in our eyes. We walk a little fast.

We grab some coffee and 10 minutes later the place fills up. So far weve been 10 minutes ahead of everything, its just worked out perfectly.

The girl behind the counter that we flirted with comes back after 10 minutes and gives us all free pumpkin spicy things randomly. They were delicious.

We say ok guys its 10:30 am...its time to get drunk!

We walk back to that original beer garden that we went to the other night...the empty one.


It has a line to get in!!! WOOT!

We come to the conclusion that we need to go back to the hat place that we got kicked out of. After much debating (10 seconds) we all get viking hats. This is the one Joe got.



He wanted people to look at us and say "those are the guys who got viking hats...and thats the guy out of those guys who got the little one"

So we are sitting there with our big viking hats at the beer garden. We are in because the guys from before saw us and let us in ahead of everyone. We got an awesome table too.

We then realize we are entirely too sober for our hats.

Drinking mainly begins at this point. for like an hour.

edit: that necklace he is wearing...yeah none of us know how he got it. It has a bottle opener on it and he had acquired it the night before. Maybe that was part of the reason we got kicked out.

The next hour and a half (until around 1:30) is best explained by a montage. This is people coming to sit with us lol.












that last picture has an explanation. itll be there shortly hehe.

btw, this year's brew of sam adam's oktoberfest beer is pretty good

Well if drinking a bunch of beer qualifies, I celebrate it quite frequently. Didn't celebrate in particular, but I had my share of wheat beer this weekend.

Check out Flying Dog's Dogtoberfest, that stuff is likely the best beer Ive had recently, dunno about availability|

Those last two are when "sudsy" got up on a table and yelled at everyone to be quiet he had a speech. He stands up and gives a 5 minute long rambling speech about how glad he is that everyone is here. He points at us and says especially these guys, the vikings are awesome you need to come sit with them.

we gave out a hearty "yAHHHHHHHH" to that.

He also then said "I dont know if you are aware of this, but we have some celebrities with us today."

That girl who was getting kissed in that one pic now comes into play that was speech guy who kissed her.

"We have Jennifer Garnier! in the house everyone, Jennifer Garnier!"

and points to her. People are applauding and stuff and we are just yelling and clapping as hard as we can hehe.

The other celeb we had was Kenny G, it was a dude who looked...like Kenny G. It was fucking hilarious.

Ha ha. None of these fools are likely to get it, but I'll get some. You guys don't realize how many great microbrews we have here in Colorado. I visit back east sometimes, and I'm so dissappointed at the weak variety to choose from.

WE usually have a pretty good stock of Flying Dog around here. Ill check it out this friday

Then folks...the saddest part of the day as of yet:







we were cut OFF!!!!


at 1:30 in the afternoon we were cut...off!!!!!!


we couldnt believe it. We each went up there bargaining, until it was my turn. I commanded, I pleaded, I was funny and stern. Finally an accord was reached. If we each ate a bratwurst, we could start drinking again.

I ran to the food station. There was a really hot girl named Pam working there. I asked her what her favorite kind of weiner was. I said it was in her hands. She hooked us up gave us the good stuff.

I thanked her and ran back. We ate our dogs and THEN!>......


we were fucking sober again! bahhhh!


As we were finding the remedy to that horrible sickness...we met these two hotties!





The girl in blue worked there, and we finally convinced her to sit with us. Her name is Andrea. She finally had to get back to work. But every time she walked by wed yell "ANDREA!!! YAHHHHHHH!!!! WOOOOOOOOOO" and just be clapping and yelling how awesome she was. She loved every second of it and we would get about 40 people to clap and yell with us too.

She walked by a lot. People started to love her coming by.

And then Pam got out of the food tent! so we did it with her too. She loved it just as much ... ahh Pam. Such a sweety. Should have gotten pics of her.
