Dude, u better make it quick, you are having good productions now, your in for a lot of money if you make a CD..

Posted by Zombie0915 on Oct-12-2001 00:03:

It would be cool as hell to be able to say "I was listening to this guy back when he was on tranceaddict.com" or to even have a big artist who posted on tranceaddict before he/she got famous. I like your song, are you on mp3.com if so, what is it on the charts there?

Posted by on Oct-12-2001 07:49:

yeah I know energy...

It's just that I have alot of things on my mind right now...

UnWorldy, that would be cool, never thought about it tho

I have a mp3.com page but it's kinda new so i'm not very high on the charts

Posted by on Oct-12-2001 22:44:

The link is working just fine for me...
Left click on it, not right click and save file as...

Posted by DJ-Kreing^^ on Oct-13-2001 18:00:

Well that a fine tune, i must say.
If you can do this kind of tune with the help of reason, i must get me a copy.
Gil if i was in your place i would email PvD, cus i heard his digging for new talents like yourself.

Maybe what im saying sounds alittle stupid, but who knows give it a shot it might just work

pretty good intro, awesome break. and when it gets big. yes i would buy this too..

great track, your best one since enlightenment i think

send it around to ppl.

Posted by on Oct-13-2001 20:12:

Thanks pat

i'm trying to get someone to release it but Israel sucks when it comes to that...

Posted by Tranzmit on Oct-16-2001 00:45:

well it's not bad but the synths are a bit bland and need a bit more variety (try some harder cutting synths interspersed).Yeah and you need to do some work on the baseline too as at present it's mediocre. But work on those and it's got potential

Posted by amit on Oct-16-2001 03:41:

dude this is very good. Gill this has to be one of the greatest work that you have done. keep up the good work! amit

i agree with this but i didnt want to say anything before, the bassline can definitely be improved/more exciting. dont settle, keep tweaking and you'll soon have a monster hit on your hands gil

its almost there

Posted by on Oct-16-2001 16:54:

Yeah i've been thinking about the bassline too
I might be getting a new, more powerful, computer soon and If I will, i'll work on it because at my current resources there isn't any way I could reload the track

Thanks for the honesty tho

By the way, Energy or whoever it was that gave me the PvD website...
I've got a response from the site's crew and they said they loved the track but they are busy so they can't handle it now.

Posted by jesten on Oct-18-2001 04:41:

Well another high quality production from Gil, sounds great. Don't worry man your going to make it big.

Peace

Posted by klawd on Oct-18-2001 22:50:

I listened to your track.....It has good production. But I did have several problems with it.

1.The panning at the start sounds amateurish.
2.The bassline is very weak
3.Its too repetitive

Let me explain a bit more...

By #1 above I mean it sounds completely overkill and goes on way too long. The later panning is good, but the first time it happens I think it sounds too muddy and crowds the mix.

As for #2...I personally think this brings the track down. If the bassline was bit more complex maybe it would sound better?

Okay...as for #3...I realise trance is supposed to have some repetition, but it needs to be more melodious and catchy if you gonna keep repeating the riff.

I wouldnt buy this because to me, its too cliche - As I have seen it termed on this site before "cookie cutter trance"

Sorry bud - your faithless remix was much better.

Posted by patticus on Oct-19-2001 01:42:

hm that's some good dissection there, but to be honest i like this MUCH more than the faithless, i really didnt care for that (sorry gil)

that one sounded like the melody just copied... i dunno..

KEEP WORKING THOUGH

our constant criticism only means we (starting to?) now view you as a professional producer!

hehe

e.g. all the bashing that goes on these baords

Posted by Big J on Oct-19-2001 10:27:

AMAZING!

I love this tune! Im going to tell my frends about this.

Posted by on Oct-19-2001 13:10:

Yeah guys,
I just got a new computer, a much stronger computer with WinXP installed and some other cool features so now it'll be easier for me to work on that track coz it will load it faster etc...

I really appriciate all of your suggestions and i'm gonna take them under heavy consideration, i'm not gonna change the melodies but the basslines will be much stronger for sure and so are the bassdrums...

Thanks for your comments and keep 'em coming

Hi Gil Shwarts, I like to do a remix of you song in the near future
I see that you have used some samples in the build up( and some other parts), I will need them and the bassline, melodie notes or a MIDI file if you like.
what do you think?

Posted by JM on Oct-21-2001 23:59:

wow, Gil, this song is the greatest...i really like it!!!
keep up the great work!

i'd like to see DJ Pete remix this....then hear his mix too!!!!
