Seriously, maybe his financial situation is better suit to fit him going to Miami instead of Germany. I'm sure he'll make a rational decision based on his $$$$$$$$$$$ situation.

Vlad: if you can afford Germany, go there no doubt about it. But if you feel it will strap you down with $$$$$$$$$ and Miami is a more viable option, then go to Miami.
