I just talked to Andy, the person responsible at Griffith Park, and he said that we can still do it but we need 1 ranger at $53.54 an hour (min 4 hours) :cry I think that's way out of our reach. That would bring the total to $391. :cry

I think WE SHOULD STILL HAVE THE BBQ, just no system. I have a 24-hour voice mail we can use to stay updated incase people can't check back on the board. The voice mail is 714-245-7306.

What do you guys think? I need your input.... Someone suggested we should meet up for drinks Saturday afternoon instead. Input anyone?
