I guess you can look at it that way, or if you took the time to know me it you views could be a little different.

Helping small time artists and labels gain massive exposure, I would be doing that, and not for the money. If i wanted to make money I would push all the commericalized DJs like tiesto. I think something like this could benefit a lot of people who do not have easy access to new trance music. I for one know a lot of people in America who look at trance not just as music, but also as a co/mod/edy ( can't really spell ). A few of my friends compare on who has the better music. I prefer to keep quiet because it really does make them sound immature to argue about this.

Anyway my point is. Don't think you know someone's intentions because of their ideas and your first impression.

Hello everyone at TA,

It has been quite a while, my last update written some time ago. I figure I'd type up an update just to let everyone know how things have been going.

Our biggest update is that we have our website up and running. We actually have reviews posted there with more content updated frequently. We've set our goals for the first quarter of 2005 and also have a steady amount of signups at our forums. Things are going great.
For those of you that don't remember or just never heard about us, you can check us out at www.TranceCritic.com. We are trying our best to build something from nothing, and we're doing pretty well. We are looking for feedback of some of our reviews in the EDM Reviews sections on the left menu or top bar.

We have a solid staff of seven, but we have another two people hanging in the balance. I'm sure there are some on the sidelines watching, hopefully they'll step forward soon enough.

We've found our web guy, so we can offically remove that from our to-do list. He is a great guy and fit into the staff rather well. Him and another guy are working on the site on both programming and visual graphics. We have a test site set up where we are testing colors, graphics, and programming before we bring it to the live site. This has worked well because this isolates glitches that we may encounter.
We are really looking for more reviewers and reporters. I'm hoping to have the lead reporter position filled by the end of the quarter so we can start building a news team to cover events and releases around the world pretty closely.

We also have an IRC chat setup. We're on the ol' dal.net in channel #TranceCritic If your looking for a good irc chat client, I recommend www.Sysreset.com it has worked perfectly for me for ages. This is also what I recommend that my staff use aswell. (We have meetings every Saturday at 12pm est there)

We're getting more traffic then ever, forums are pretty active, and we're beginning to exchange links with other radio stations, TA never answered back , and other EDM related websites. I could go on and on about whats been going on but I don't want to be here all night but I think this is a pretty decent run down of how we've been doing recently.

If anyone has any questions or comments you can post them here and I'll answer them, if you'd like to volunteer please see this link:

Thank you all.

you don't need to 'exchange' links with every site, it's common decency for you to link them when you're using them to advertise yourself, and if you do that you'll have more chance of them actually linking you. Too many people are trying to use TA today to promote things, and a simple link seems beyond most of them, it's not rocket science

Also Del is a very busy man with hundreds of emails to get through, so he's bound to take his time getting back anyway
