And I will talk to you about the reason for those events, and I will be honest with you about the moments the decision was made so that you can ponder. And I tell you, God only knows, that we never had the intentions to destroy the towers.

But after the injustice was so much and we saw transgressions and the coalition between Americans and the Israelis against our people in Palestine and Lebanon, it occurred to my mind that we deal with the towers. And these special events that directly and personally affected me go back to 1982 and what happened when America gave permission for Israel to invade Lebanon. And assistance was given by the American sixth fleet.

During those crucial moments, my mind was thinking about many things that are hard to describe. But they produced a feeling to refuse and reject injustice, and I had determination to punish the transgressors.

And as I was looking at those towers that were destroyed in Lebanon, it occurred to me that we have to punish the transgressor with the same -- and that we had to destroy the towers in America so that they taste what we tasted, and they stop killing our women and children.

We found no difficulties in dealing with the Bush administration, because of the similarities of that administration and the regimes in our countries, half of which are run by the military and half of which are run by monarchs. And our experience is vast with them.

And those two kinds are full of arrogance and taking money illegally.

The resemblance started when [former President George H.W.] Bush, the father, visited the area, when some of our own were impressed by America and were hoping that the visits would affect and influence our countries.

Then, what happened was that he was impressed by the monarchies and the military regimes, and he was jealous of them staying in power for tens of years, embezzling the public money without any accountability. And he moved the tyranny and suppression of freedom to his own country, and they called it the Patriot Act, under the disguise of fighting terrorism. And Bush, the father, found it good to install his children as governors and leaders.

We agreed with the leader of the group, Mohammed Atta, to perform all attacks within 20 minutes before [President George W.] Bush and his administration were aware of what was going on. And we never knew that the commander-in-chief of the American armed forces would leave 50,000 of his people in the two towers to face those events by themselves when they were in the most urgent need of their leader.

He was more interested in listening to the child's story about the goat rather than worry about what was happening to the towers. So, we had three times the time necessary to accomplish the events.

Your security is not in the hands of [Democratic presidential nominee John] Kerry or Bush or al Qaeda. Your security is in your own hands. Any nation that does not attack us will not be attacked.

his '98 declaration of war does not reflect his now obvious sensibilities. if you could call them that.

yes, but what he did say is that our foreign policy pretty much dictates whether or not further attacks on the US occur or do not occur, and we all know that foreign policy isnt going to change much with Bush in office, thus some may feel that Kerry is the best candidate in terms of protecting us from these threats.

is Kerry gonna turn his back on Israel? on Afganistan? Iraq? Saudi Arabia? Sudan? probably not.
but we never know with Kerry? do we?

if some feel protection means turning our back to countries like these to appease an ideology like his, well, more power to him.

No probably not, but would Kerry have made the decision to bust into Iraq in the first place is a more appropriate question.

While Kerry will have to take care of the mess Bush has left behind, how will he handle future decisions? That is what will shape our foreign policy should Kerry be elected.

look, lets not argue about a mess in Iraq. Osama hasn't brought it up why should we.

in the context of Osama Bin Laden, Kerry is as much of a zionist crusader as any other president or wannabe president. the question is, can changing the will of a hundred thousand terrorist through bringing something as simple as freedom to a billion Muslems worth the squeeze?

I think what Kerry would have probably done would have been to surround Iraq with military forces and threaten Saddam with force to get inspectors back in.

Saddam at that point may or may not have let them back in, but he did let them in after Bush did something similar correct?

If the inspectors had more time to search with the barrel of a gun down Saddam's neck, we'd have found out Saddam no longer had WMDs.


If Saddam refused, I think Kerry would have tried to get together a real coalition (like HW Bush did in Gulf War 1) with enough troops to go in and secure the peace.


This is all speculation on my part though.

It's obvious now though that invading Iraq in the way the US did - with too few troops and no real rationale - was a huge mistake.

I think the speech speaks something deeper then that, involving Bush and he's dishonesty with the American people.. and Bin Laden is trying to highlight that.. IM sure there's some deeper crap into this.

So we're not getting the whole story from any news network? I wonder whose choice that was... In my opinion it's amazing we're still getting tapes from this guy yrs after 9/11. Wherever he is it seems like he's comfortable to sit at a table, make a long calm speech and then have the thing delivered by messenger to this Al-jizzera(sp) in a country that's supposed to be our major ally in the War on Terror. And the topics! Our security, making fun of Bush, Florida's election problems... What'll he cover in the next tape? My local weather forecast?

This might be a "liberal" question but if we're in a real War on Terror with so many troops deployed, why isn't this guy dead yet?

legitamate question. why? think about it, how many troops do we have deployed actively looking at any given time? 10,000? 15,000? who knows, but i guarantee you they're looking in the wrong place. he's not dead yet because there is easily 10 times that many willing to hide him in countries that aren't condusive to American troops nosing around.

there were millions of soldiers in Western Europe and Hitler ended up offing himself. i'm not trying to draw too many parallels with that, but if a man wants to hide from people trying to kill him, it helps to have friends.

You're about right... It's somewhere between 10,000-15,000 troops in Afghanistan. Most of what I read says Osama is somewhere between Afghan. and Pakistan. But we had good relations with the Pakistani government when we went into Afghanistan. My deep problem with the administration is that we went in with only 10,000-15,000 and trusted warlords for alot of the ground level intelligence. While they were all at it this administration pulled CIA assets of the trail of Osama and geared up to invade Iraq with 130,000 American troops.

Today's results: 130,000 troops are stuck in a badly planned post war scenerio (unless you think the news out of Iraq is great) where they won't be leaving regardless of who gets elected. Osama's group murdered 3,000 people ON OUR SOIL yet he's got 10K-15K after him... 1/10th the amount we sent after Saddam. Saddam's in jail & Osama's sending us more new videos than Tupac. God knows the next one will be about weather in Macon.

Again... it's a "liberal" idea but I think it would have been smarter to send 130,000 into Afghanistan to wipe out that Sonovabitch and Al Queda right after 9/11 & before Al Queda could seep out into so many countries. That would have sent a message to terrorists that messing with us gets you IMMEDIATLY FUCKED. Of course this is just a "liberal" idea for the War On Terror. An idea that many people like you see as "short-sighted". I'll just sit back and listen for Osama's weather report.
