sure, but keep in mind that these forums are, for the most part, BASED ON these dj's and producers. why would anyone want to join in on their own bashing?

that just makes no sense? why do you want 'djs' to sign up here? to have some sort of sense of achievement or something?

99.1% of the threads on TA (save Chillout Room, and even in there..) are in some way shape or form related to DJ's, their productions, or events (live shows, radio broadcasts, etc)...it makes no difference to me whether or not a dj signs up on the boards, even though it is nice to know they do browse the forums and post on occasion. when i posted that comment that you quoted with utter disdain, i was referencing to a previous post by mr piazza, im sorry if i hurt your feelings.

That 30 min slot was a prime location for airing to future promoters why he is different to other djs. It should have been used to show of his skills (or lack of) and trying to fit as many tracks in as possible. Instead it just goes to show that there are too many dj's copying armins style and it is infecting the trance scene.

what does it matter where the show was? it was crap (IMO) - i dont care if it was a set on soundgarten / asot / taw / a club / his bedroom... it was still crap.

What does it matter that it was on PvD's show? thats implying achievement, and if thats the way you see the scene then thats fucked up... theres too many wannabe djs around these days obsessed with 'climbing the ladder', and reaching that superstar status...

You've got your supporters, your people who will suck up when a famous DJ is involved no matter the quality of the music, and your people whose criticisms will not waver whether the DJ is here or not. I respect the latter over the rest.

Absolutley. This is my biggest annoyance with TA and the people on it.
