I think the best advice I heard on venturing into the Zone is to stick with your friends, put your head down, and enjoy the music...cause there isn't much else to enjoy there

LOL ! Actually, it's a surreal experience, it's like that Christney Aguilera (sp ? and eek for even mentioning her in a thread) video "Nasty" -- the CZ is a dive, it's maddness on a sunday morning, a drug saturated haven for the party kids who hate the sunlight. The atmosphere is hazy, smelly and ripe...but the beats...Goddamn the beats in that joint make up for everything that's wrong with the Zone. You know that track "dancing in the dark" ? The Zones like that beat, tough, chunky, driving monster that makes you wanna run into a dark corner and just start Dancing !

Don't go in expecting lasers, lights and christian school girls swaying to lush beats...and you'll be fine. It's my philosophy that if you go there with the intention of partying you won't get effected by the negative aspects, and that's always worked for me.

Oh, and keep away from the bathrooms. LOL

And never, ever, never pick up a bottle/ drink you 'think' is yours in that place. If there's a high chance of accidentally getting a spiked drink, it's in here.

LOL..great...if there's one thing that really bothers me, it's digusting bathrooms...being trashed and having to stand in someone's "mess" is just not cool, lol.

so from all indications, a TA meetup either beforehand or inside is *definitely* in order!!!
