After reading the posts in this forum, I have to say I am rather disappointed. Mandrick raised the point of getting together en masse to go to parties on weekends. This is an awesome idea, and will help us develop more of a TA community in TO. What it ended up being was a debate on the social acceptance of drugs. Illicit drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes have nothing to do with Trance music. Trance is a drug in itself, and the only one necessary for a good time.
Lets stay on subject here, and see what we can do about getting together on weekends. Im not able to make it out to parties often, but when I do, I would love to do it as a group of 40-50 TA's. What I suggest that is every time we want to get together, set up a roll call, and a meeting place. I know some ppl tried that for Tiesto; Im not sure how well it worked, but its something worth trying again.
The next party I can go to will be AvB on Nov 10. I hope to meet many of you there.

Meeting up has been somewhat difficult for myself. I walked around the meeting place at the Kool Haus and didn't see any TA shirts around the scheduled meeting time, I was under the impression there were a few of you going with them on. I hung around the meeting place at the Guv on Wednesday for about 45 minutes maybe an hour. Just chillin with my Rev's and no go, you couldn't have missed me unless you completely forgot the description I gave and even then, I looked somewhat obvious. Met up with a guy named "Special K" don't know whether it was the one from this board, but that was just a fluke!

Meeting up is a great idea Mandrick_V! I'm going to Warren for sure and it would be nice to meet up. This time, let's try meeting before, or at a more obvious place inside. Kool Haus didn't work out and Trancearmada and I waited for 45 min asking people all around us, but didn't find any of the TA's (though we ran into some later!). The best way is for someone who knows the area well to pick a nice spot and just post that with the meeting time. Mandrick, if you do that, everyone'll follow as you're the thread starter. If you pick a bar, that's best as this way the meeting time can be longer... I'll email you with my number.
I'm with you totally TranceXtasy and won't repeat everything you said. People should use whatever drug (alcohol, GHB, pot, MDMA, etc) they want, just responsibly. We should not judge them for it. Mandrick's point is common sense and should again apply to any substance use. PPL should not act like pricks, period!
TranceLudak, I'm disappointed in the language you've used to address Mandrick and Trancearmada. That's just not necessary. There are more subtle (and hence more effective) ways of making your point. Oh, and please don't act childishly by now attacking me. I don't mean to offend you. Let's keep the good spirit of this great forum!

System is not nearly as big as guv. It will be easier to find each other, even if you cant meet up before so i think we should have a spot inside as well as outside to meet. There are lots of little places in the area, not like guv so lets do this up proper.

To meet up in Downtown is pain in the ass, Hansolo said the truth. So how about we meet up somewhere in the park, how about we make a place where we could meet up all the time, even it can be everyday. Anybody knows any good parks or other place that is not often visited by COPS? Cops are searching every, even small group in the town. Another Canadian problem!!!!! Damn, country full of terrorists and what they do is just fuck every teenage meeting by searching everybody if we are not having drugs or weapons. Damn, we are just sitting in the park, listening to Trance. I AM SURE EVERYBODY THINK SO!!!!!! Thats why ppl having problems to get together....we will fix it!!!!!!!
Damn last time, me and my friend were drinking in front of the Wall Mart just couse we were sure that cops never go to Wall Mart parking to search for drugs....Thats SICK!!! We need freedom, responcible freedom. I am sick of chatting on the net. We need to relax and talk face to face ppl!!!!!
And one more thing, meeting at the Koolhaus was not meeting, it was bull... 200 ppl were supposed to meet. Haw many of you met - 5 max. We have to meet up where there will be no ppl...thats why park is good.

Evmac you gave a good idea, and it is simple. But me and some more ppl never been to System + everybody will come different time and i doubt that we all will be waiting at the bar half a night. It failed with Tiesto, so i wouldn't do it. I don't know how you guys look like. I don't wanna be an idiot and ask everybody "Are u TA?". and from the other side, we wount be able to talk inside the nightclub, couse the music is pretty loud. It is a headake guys. we have to meet outside in advance. OK, i am going to POST an OFFICIAL MEET UP PLACE TONIGHT.

Official Meet up place
OK, the official meet up place will be ONTARIO PLACE.
Intersection of Dufferin and Saskachewan Rd(very small str).
If you are going On Gardiner(both ways) - get off on Jameson, go South on Jameson, turn left to Lakeshore Blvd West (eastbound), On lakeshore get off to British Columbia rd, the first turn left after "Gardiner East". Go on brithish columbia, there are some fuck ups in the road to reduce the speed, ritght where the fuck ups finish there will be intercection of dufferin and saskachewan. There some kind of theatre on west side of that intersection. We will be standing there at 9:30 - 9:45. If you guys don't come we leave and them we meet up in the bar on the exit from the main room in the SYSTEM.

We should start a poll on how many people are from the east or west side. I'd meet up with you guys.. but next week is going to be hell for me so I'm chilling out this weekend. If you T.A s decide to hook up before VAN BUUREN, I'll be there.

I come here to read messages and I read through a fair amount of shit. What do we have moderators for if nothing is ever done about the "crap" that consistantly continues in the public forums?
