I don't think I've ever consciously slept naked though...seems kinda strange. Just last night was the first time in about a year that I wore a t-shirt to bed though - South Florida is going through a cold front...got down to 60 degrees last night!

60? Please. It got down to about 34 here last night, and we had turned the heat off during the day while the carpets were being cleaned, and forgot to turn it on before we went to sleep... did I mention this house gets a LOT of drafts?

However, I guess I just learned to sleep with clothes on from a young age - I used to live in Colorado and South Dakota and Alaska and places like that, so it would just seem really strange to sleep naked...

It has to be cool for me to sleep well. As we all know our body temperatures rise at night so even though I am comfortable when I go to bed it doesn't mean that I still am comfortable two hours later. I also hate feeling constricted by clothing when I am trying to sleep. Sometimes I knowingly take my clothes off and other times I wake up wondering how the hell I got naked.
