Some nice stuff indeed! I bought the Robert Nickson remix of 2V2 from Chemical, awesome tune, been waiting for that one for the past 5 months! And the Whiteroom remix of Airwave is quite nice too, looking forward to its release

ones that stand out for me :

Krystal Dreams (PHATT Remix)
Sunblind - I Beleive (Arc In The Sky Remix)
Nu-NRG - Dreamland (G&M Project Remix)
Couple of the Save Me remixes
And the new PHATT tune, heard of this guy ages ago when Claudio (SHOKK) played something of his. nice to see some new hard trance coming out

keep up the good work

Aaaaaah! I need Dreamland (G&M Remix) so much!

Eagerly awaiting the release here...

Posted by Romain on Nov-08-2004 16:49:

yeah looks/sounds very promising !!

Posted by InDeepSpace on Nov-10-2004 00:48:

Dont like the Phatt Remix of Krystal Dreams; original mixes are so much better; hope the cosmicman has done another great work by remixing his own work. Would be much more interesting to hear then the Phatt Interpretation!!!!

Why why why why why why?

To even attempt to try and remix a near perfect track is plain idiotic but when you call in talentless hacks like G&M Project for the job you really need to wonder the motives...

Stop raping classics for the money ffs.

Posted by Laushinameee on Nov-10-2004 02:10:

no need for any of these tracks at all

Posted by Simcut on Nov-10-2004 17:22:

Well I've just listened to a few sneak peeks of some upcoming releases not mentioned in the press release and let me tell you, they aint remixes of old tracks :P

G&M Project = Talentless ?
Either thats one of the most absurd of statements I've recently heard or the most irrational.
A kind request with which I hope you comply: Skip the whiny/cranky parts where you go 'it's all about opinions and it's my opinion and you just have to live with it' and you carry on from there.

Thats a point Simon. But, elitists may argue that only narrow-minded ASOT and/or 'mcprog' loving people buy records by such artists so in their opinion, such record sales don't matter at all.
Of course that is the least of my concerns because as long as it sounds good it dosen't matter what everybody else buys or who's caning what.

You guys have some nice releases coming up although I am not too happy with what G&M project did with Dreamland. It didn't move me much but I wouldn't be surprised at all if I go crazy over it later because i've only heard low-q sample.
Will just have to wait for relase I guess.

yep, I personally really like what Robert and Jaron have done with Dreamland, put a completely different twist on it, its miles better than the garbage Rank 1 Remix that was produced :\

I've heard a sneak peek of a brand new G&M Project Remix of a *NEW* (I REPEAT, NEW) track which is absolutely fucking storming, I cant release the details as of yet but I will hopefully be able to in a few weeks, heard it down the phone today and its a bloody belter.

Posted by varun on Nov-10-2004 18:05:

Robert and Jaron have excellent production/remixing skills. Robert needs to working on his dj'ing though.

G&M have never done anything but typical cookie-cutter by the numbers trance. Usually their tracks are weak in productional sense as well. This remix is no exception.

So you think Britney Spears is the most talented artist on the face of the planet by that analogy? Please.

Well, I don't quite know what to say. You're a producer yourself and your standards are different than mine because after seeing your posts,it seems like you NEVER judge tracks from a listeners point-of-view but do it from a producer's standpoint instead. All I can say is Robert and Jaron are by no means 'weak' in productional sense and/or originality. Incidentally, I don't like this remix yet.

Where are you getting at with this? You like them, I don't - that's all there is to it.

all of the "phatt" stuff is wank.

and are all these legit? it looks just like sum1 (probably mr phatt) felt like remix a load of old classics and releasing them on some made up label.

What I'm getting at is:
Loose the crankiness in life and quit being so uptight. You're far too critical when it comes to discussing any track.Think like a listener when you listen to a track and think like a producer AND a listener when you produce a track(you would know better about that though).

hilarious. If record sales dont lie then why is britney spears always at the top of the charts? because she has talent? no i dont think so.

This remix is dull and pointless from a listener's viewpoint as well.

Posted by Laushinameee on Nov-11-2004 03:46:

Im thinking like a listener and i dont even want to listen to most of those tracks just from the name alone... however i listened to the samples anyway and they were all like i expected ... crap.

no doubt all the classics remixes will go down well with the omfg!11 TA crowd. It doesnt make them good though.

When all else fails, quotes from the venerable Dr. Ian Malcom always come in handy:

"Yeah, but your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should."

and

"That is one big pile of shit."
