to read that.

But 1 thing. Watch the shipping rates later this week.

Any questions? Please all of you, react to: [email protected] / [email protected]

One thing about it............

How many % will the orders outside from NL / Europe to do a successful business with??

Just for thinking.....

greetings

Posted by TrancemasterDjs on Nov-15-2004 17:52:

I would love to order from NL but the cost of delivery is just way too high. I am in USA and i am studying Supply Chain Management here. This seems like a problem with the supply chain. From a customer service point of view, i think you need to asses the amount of orders that you get and see how many are from outside Holland. I am sure there are other carriers available. If most of the online orders are from outside NL next thing is to give customers the option on selecting their carrier service. From here i think you will satisfy most of the people. If they want fast delivery they will have to pay a premium (usaully the case). Well just some feed back from a (hopefully) future customer I love the vinyls you guys stock and i respect all the work you put into getting the site updated all the time. You can use CPFR for fulfilling vinyl orders to your store to minimize backorders (you canlook up the definition on google; Walmart is an example of a company that uses CPFR)

Just a thought because i do not know the exact status of the business and shipping rates...UPS? Fedex? for the international orders (at least to USA) and some local or European carrier for European orders?

I hope some of this random diarreah of the mouth helps!
Thanks.

1) It's being run by someone who knows what their doing.

2) Shipping fees are the same as Dancegrooves and Recess and the records are cheaper to buy AND are shipped faster.

3) As of January 1st, it will be the cheapest record shop in Holland.

2: Not true at all. please compare. dancegrooves shipping is lower and even recently decreased. If have been reading this various times now. please check your source.

also dancegrooves is online for 6 years now, without bankruptcy and a loooooooooot of satisfied customers and the bst service to make unhappy customers happy again

cheers

besides the shipping rates, ofcourse the weak dollar to euro conversion is bad in your case atm. the shipping rates the european shops can influence, and recently for example dancegrooves went down in shipping. though the exchange rate is something beyond every non us shop's power unfortunately.

Hey mates

Finally we solved the shipping costs problem. For Europe / Usa & Canada we installed a NEW shipping method called BUDGET SHIPPING , Shipping prices are atleast 50% / 70& cheaper then with RapidAir/Skynet.

Check www.4djsonly.com and see yourself.

Enjoy

Still, 16 dollars USD, untrackable, will still screw your business. There's no bargain at all. I don't see why you don't use fedex like Juno does, or why its so difficult in the first place.

its also the fact that i'm never home when records are delivered, which is fine with the normal postal system as i just go to the local post office to pick them up, but with these special delivery services the place i'd have to go to pick them up is 30 miles away!

I have the same problem here... :|

Lower is not the same as Low!

Shipping fee for Dancegrooves in Holland is E4,95 while the rate for 4dj'sonly is E6,58 so this is simply not true.

Love Poundin' Sensation Symmetry - Forget

There are limited promos available for:

SOMATICVISION002 (Symmetry - Forget)

http://www.4djsonly.com

Sean Tyas presents Symmetry on Somatic Sense Vision!

Symmetry. We already know Sean Tyas, the name from his excellent stuff released on DJ Beam's label (of Beam & Cyrus/Beam & Yanou fame), and now he returns with an enormous floor filler. Energetic trance how it should be!

The vinyl is available the 10th of January worldwide.

so i try and take advantage of the new budget shipping and place my order only to get an error screen. wait a couple days and see nothing, so i place my order with chemical instead.

Of course 10 days later a charge shows up on my card from 4djsonly and i realize the order went through and has been shipped. So now i have five doubles.

I prob should of been more patient or just called after i got the error.

anyone want: daydream, someday, perfect slence, twelve (original), and damn blach on the cheap (like half price?)
