We do however say "eh" a lot which I thought everyone around the English speaking world did as well until my television taught me that it was just Canadians who used it often which was shocking to learn as a little child

"Aboot" however is a Terrance and Philip thing Terrance and Phillip are both national heroes around here and made it cool to fart on people
