brush your teeth like your supposed or stop snort'n the WHITE stuff.
Brush more times a day, and also brush your gums when you brush. Sounds kinda stupid but actually scrub at your gums with your toothbrush and they will get strong. Happened to me before.

gums bleeding might also mean that the bristles ony our toothbrush are too stiff. try using a softer bristle, and try even just brushing a little gentler.
dont brush hard, there is no need.

Go to the doctor's and tell em you need a prescription for the black plague.

I think I might brush mine too much/hard. They're mostly grand however. Hopefully I'm not wearing away the enamel. But one of my teeth is sore and I'm getting it sorted today. I wish I looked after them better them I was younger.
Never had to go to the dentist until I was 16 when I went to get one filling and realised I had to get a few more that I didn't know about. That was 5 years ago. Hopefully when I go in today they don't tell me I need to get them all removed and a false set in their place.
Certain weekend activities might have done some damage over the last few years also.
