Back onto topic, all we need is an IRC server with Chanserv. Someone here can register a channel, and remain an OP at all times. All we need is a fair OP who won't either care what the fuck people are saying, or one who has no problem with someone disagreeing.
I would set it up, but it really isn't that hard which leads me to believe you all want some fancy cosher chatroom.
