yea I was just up in Indiana visiting my sister a week ago, it was like another planet. She likes the simple life and hated it here, so she moved up there when she got married. Anyway, I was going nuts after only being there for 2 days. lol I heard that Bloomington (close to her) has a pretty big party scene because of the IU students, but I doubt it would be anything that I would like, considering the fact that Im used to going to south beach all the time. Im spoiled what can I say...but i never take for granted the fact that i can go to a beautiful beach and some of the hottest night clubs in the country whenever i want.

Ive heard many a story about that winter. It was my mom's first winter in the country after moving here from a sub-tropical locale (Bolivia). She was freaked out, cried all winter and demanded my dad take her home...
Ohio sucks cock. Im just here till I get my (free) diploma, then Im moving elsewhere. Loveland is even worse than Columbus, though, so thank god I dont live there. As far as ravers go, Im not even sure theres such a thing anymore, since unsanctioned events have been banned in Ohio for several years. Nowadays, its just house parties, club events, and sanctioned "raves". Every once in awhile, a good old style party pops up, but nowadays, its mostly just high school kids who dont fit the cultural norm looking for something to do. Hmm, on second thought, maybe things havent changed that much

| Originally posted by XaNaX Yeah, the midwest college party scene sucks unless you like drunken meatheads spilling their beer all over you while they are trying to hook up with some drunken whore. South Beach is great for sure. However after spending a week there it was pretty obvious that to live there I would need to learn Spanish. Half the time it was nearly impossible to communicate with the waiters at restauraunts or the clerks at stores. The drug dealer who tried to sell us coke while we were walking to Shadow Lounge spoke perfect english though. |

| Originally posted by XaNaX Naw, I was already out of college when I moved there. Hehehe you could have come to some of my 2 day drug parties I used to have. All my yuppie neighbors always gave us funny looks when all my friends strung out from being up on lsd, coke, and glass would leave in the morning. |
Newport here, a stone's throw from the Cinasty. Not much of a scene around here though, it's pretty much dry.
