Honestly, the life of the globetrotting superstar celebrity DJ isn't all you'd imagine. So says the DJ they call Sasha, although he would say that. He wouldn't talk it up too much, lest we'd all want in on the action.

Sasha's reputation as a formidable party animal precedes him. One urban legend has him lying face-down in a ditch in Ibiza as the sun came up, wads of money, his payment from the night before, fluttering from his pockets.

I've also heard people say that he's religious (christian) Which i didnt beleive for a second, until i saw a big white cross behind him in a video of him spinning.

I hear he got married, because he started balding, and it became more difficult to pick up girls after a gig. His female fans started to have more respect for him, and treated him more like their father...that djs.

I also hear that he was using cocain to improve his marriage. Isnt there some thing with cocaine making guys last longer?

Did you go to the BPM party Tuesday night at crobar in NYC?

Now Yes he's married and I'm not deliberating his state of mind or substance abuse, but i haven't seen a "strong cranberry/vodka" make a DJ spin literally with his eyes closed or even saggy eye'd yet his mixing was FLAWLESS. Now whether he was fucked up or not, that was pure ear skill there. And honestly, if he was sober I don't think he'd be as on point as he was that night. Clearly he looked smashed but his music threw it down so much that PVD couldn't even contend that night. I'd give him 2 thumbs up for getting smashed and being able to mix in that state of mind but not 2 thumbs up just for the sake of being smashed..ok maybe that too..

i think he was referring to how well alcohol and coke goes together...the more you sniff the more you drink the less drunk you feel the more you sniff and the vicious cycle begins until the sun comes up and you look in the mirror and realize shit its been a long fucking night!

It's not really a big deal if you think about it...
The fact that I've experimented and gone through my phases is something that I can say I've experienced but not necessarily lead that lifestyle. I'm a different guy now because I have a career and I'm still young. I do believe in revisiting my youth (shall we say) when the time is appropriate and I've situated myself in a proper position to be irresponsible. For goodness sakes I sleep in on Friday nights now (for the past 5months or so) and am not inclined to "go out" lols yes I'm getting old, but by the time I'm 29 I want to have my life made so I can be making the dolla dolla and speak from the experience as stated above. LOLS - duely note and not condone but the forementioned cycle is one hell of a ride and yes I did have fun! Memories - something no one can ever take away from you!
