'fox trot' is arguably one of the funniest comic strips in the papers now .. 'drabble' has fallen off a little bit, but still kind of funny .. i like the norman character ..

I argue that "Pearls Before Swine" is funnier

from my understanding .. imo .. H20 is the chemistry formula for water .. well he is out in the cold weather, so when he says "H20 H20!" , the water turns to ice, therefore freezing santa claus ..

and the whole meaning for the formula, because that is the calculated speed of how fast the acceleration the snow is going .. the formula is giving life and movement to the comic strip, which everyone knows is just plain paper .. hahahahahaha

either that, or the boy is making a statement that santa claus is making snow my saying H2O all the time .. every time he says H2O, the formula on the side is the analytical formula for freezing liquid to solid .. the water santa is spewing out is turning to snow .
hahahahhaa...

[edit] ..

stupid me .. i am insane right now .. .. the formula on the side .. it's two formulas .. the first formula is expressing the infinte # of snow in the page .. and the second formula is expressing the motion of the snowflakes .. hahahhahaha

It says Merry Xmas

first letter "M"
second letter is "e" which is a constant (2.71828 C/electron if i remember correctly)
third/fourth letter ... r^2 means "rr"
Fifth letter (1/y)^-1 is just "y"

Square root of x squared is just "X"
and finally Force/Acceleration equals mass.. or "mas"

there.. tried to be as clear as possible

you don't really need to be a nerd to understand it... just some knowledge of high school math and physics... but then i guess that would make you a "nerd" then maybe?

Actually, sqrt(x^2) = |x| (that's absolute value... but close enough I guess)
