i was reading the whole thing and i was like damn he seems to be reliable and this is an awesome price and a good phone. i think i just made up for my drunkedness. and then i reread it the info and i was liek HOLD ON A FUCKIN SECOND!

I nearly did the same thing for a computer. The guy selling it had only allowed people on his 'private list' to bid. I emailed him & said I want to be on your private list biatch & he sent me an email back saying hell do a private sale to me at a special price. i wonder how many people he actually sucked in with it. This fraud shit happens to aften on ebay. (is also said that he had like 98% customer satisfaction over 2 years on ebay)

I like any thread where my bud weighs in. In his convoluted logic, he meant to say, "Call the originator and tell him to kiss your f*cking ass because you simply ain't gonna pay you dickwad." Won't do much for your stead on eBay, but WTF you're not binding on any bid. There's not a rule of law which says you have to pay and nobody can validly fine you.

One of my mates got screwed like that a few years back on an MD player.
Was bidding, seller emailed him saying he'll sell it to him now for whatever. My mate lost about 300-350

spewing!

Yerr this guy who want to do a private sail with me live in Europe. It was all strange. he only wanted to sell to someone in Australia; The initial ebay item was one of those 1 day only sales (to suck people in).

Here is the beast I was looking at:

It usually sells for over $13,000 & he wanted to sell to me for about $3,000 (it included the 30" flat panel & the alienware uber puter - the b3st puter 3v3r created). It was all too good to be true!
