1. How many different people in your life have you said "I love you" to?
6.

2. How many different people in your life have you said "I love you" to and meant it?
...About six.

3. What are the minimum and maximum, and average times to wait until saying "I love you"?
Ehm...3 weeks shortest, 4 years longest.

I have only told 2 people I love them. One I am not sure if it really counted, and the other was my ex, whom I truly loved more than anything.

I don't think there is a set time that you should say it. I think it should be said when you feel it.

Awww, loving and being loved is so nice

I LOVE YOU GUYS!

2
2
2-3 months of exclusively seeing that person. (not the "talking" phase that girls wrap stuff into)

1. 2 (outside of family).
2. 1 i hope. i know the other didnt mean it.
3. i dont think there should be a limit... if you feel it (and are sure of it), then say it. if you dont feel it and its been like years.... then maybe u should get outta there

1. 4 - not counting close friends and family
2. 4
3. time has nothing to do with it, say it when it feels right

I've only been in love once and I never expressed it, so I've never told anyone I loved them in a non-platonic manner. I don't throw those words around.

Hrm...

1. Two

and

2. Two

Though at times one wonders if admitting love was the smart thing to do.

None, mainly cos those words combined are very powerful in my book. I would have to be extremely conscious of my own feelings before uttering them to someone.
