Here are some tracks that will ACTUALLY send a chill down your spine, not just make use of some silly samples to make it "seem" scary. I totally freaked myself out while listening to these tracks on my headphones late at night in the dark on a stormy night.

The Delta - Pop
The Delta - Thing

These two tracks sound truely haunting on a LOUD sound system with good bass. Perfect Trance for a HORROR MOVIE soundtrack.

Mauro Picotto - Pulsar, thats quite a dark tune... for some reason first thing i thought of.

Orbital - Shadows, not sure if it's trance but that really freaks me out. It's like being somewhere you've never seen before and twisting and turning trying to get out, sheer panic of not finding an exit, and then fading away. Bloody marvalouse tune.

Then these 3:

S.O.L. - Quantensprung 1 quite deep and dark
Smoked - Metro (Oliver Liebs US remix)
Satoshi Tomiie - Darkness

btw i find DJ Sakin - Nightmare quite uplifting!, and The Fog is strangley calming...

oh yeah, and if you're not just confined to trance, but just want nice pounding bass drums and minor scale synths, take a look at some industrial/synthpop like Funker Vogt, Front 242 and Apoptygma Berserk

Im currently looking for this track.
When it comes to scary hard pounding trance, this track will put a smile on your face's.
It will make all the tunes you have all stated here so far sound like feckin nursery school ryhmes.
Seriously,this track will be the official halloween trance anthem!

I reckon most Goa has a deep and tunnel-like feel to the listener...
Might wanna try some Cosmosis...

As for vocals, try "Outhere(Lange Remix)" by Friends of Matthew...the vocals kinda spooked the hell outta me while I was on acid....so...Happy Halloween!
