Call it impulsivness, but can you really say no to a $330 roundtrip (nonstop) ticket into Amsterdam? I say no. Plus that line-up! In any case, I am going...albeit alone at the moment. If anyone wants a travel partner PM me, please. I'm there 2/11 - 15.
Woo hoo!

well, i'm not going to trance energy, but i can say i've roomed with TAs i've never met before, and never had a bad experience
deff feel people out if you're considering it (and not to discriminate, more posts and also making sure the person has at least SOME reputation in their respective local forum), but i've met some AWESOME people this way, and have had some of my best weekends of partying

my $.02
I've had the same experiences. TA is a small world, and you can usually trace an unknown through a few knowns. In any case, for people who are going and want some direction. I just booked a room through priceline.com. I gave a low-ball, and it came back at me with a 4* for $110. End story, I scored the Renaissance (Marriott product) for $121/night (with taxes and fees). Amazing location, good hotel, great bargin.
Very excited about this. My first trip to Amsterdam.

I can't wait to go. I'm going to Paris for 3 days to go see about a girl and then taking a train to AMS the day of Trance Energy. Airfare was 405 flying to Paris and back from AMS, but no cost for accomodations. I'm just stayin at my bro's room the last night. Actually, I wouldn't even call it stayin'. More like leaving my bags.
i want to go to paris!
4 weeks to go, cant fucking wait!!!
