Heheh... Chill dude... Petrograd have always brought up interesting yet controversial threads in the recent months. He's curious about the other people's opinion on the topic; however, i can't comment on his intentions for creating such threads, either he's troll or he really believes in what he has posted (completely respect that).

Personally, i don't give a shit about the conflicts in the Middle East, it's complicated and completely fucked up. There's no easy way out, everyone involved in these conflicts has their hands stained with blood, there's no right and wrongs; only action.

the reason i'm pissed off is the indifference towards racsism directed against arabs and a completely different standard when its directed towards any other group. that my friend is hypocrisy.

Bleh for me posting this, i know i deserve a flogging for generalization.

It seems fashionable to label Musilms as the cultural scapegoat for the latter part of the 20th century til now; the bias media has been feeding us with bullshit; thus creating a stereotypical Musilm with common traits as "Evil, Dangerous, Satanistic, woman-basher, crazy suicide bombers (list can go on)". And since the media has so much influence over our thoughts, it's deeply embedded this stereotypical (insert group type) into our heads.

People view them as non-conformists and militaristic, common folks view them as a threat to the way they live, and attempting to steal the world of peace (and other shitty irrational beliefs).

Both sides of the whose 'right' argument aren't thinking rationally, either that or they are just full of themselves. The countries in the Middle East lack and are lagging behind in socio-economic development, either because western intervention/influence over that region or that those people cannot grasp the concept of "change".

They don't like been messed with, like everyone else. Mankind love shifting blames on a certain group either they are afro-american, muslims, latin americans, far-eastern asians etc.

This kind of generalization/categorization, are easy for people to understand and for the media to portrayal; people who buy into this type of garbage are either people who don't think things through, or people who are so filled with emotion that any sort of shitty justification is reasonable to see the eradication of a particular group.

Personally, i dunno wtf i just typed, enjoy... /drinks a glass full of raw unmixed Absolut Vodka

its all good dude... that was just anger in general about this issue (rascism directed at arabs/muslims being relatively acceptable), not directed at you. so we're cool.
