ah right, i was talking about Emily - I thought igottaknow was implying to send teh letter to emily to sort out the situation there...
my other mates are thinking i should just come clean with Emily - it'll all come out anyway at some point so it might be best for her to hear it from me...

You don't have to tell her you know she likes you... All you do is call her/see her (Emily) and tell her you really liked Steph and that you want to see her again. Ask her if she could set you up. This would be an indirect LJBF'ing (Let's Just Be Friends).
Trust me, this is the best way... She will understand without having to tell you anything.
Hehe actually that is a really good idea, I'll try that tomorrow.
I do still kinda feel bad about mentioning Steph to Emily, seeing as though she's liked me for months then I meet her mate and within hours we're pretty dam close... but I see it as though my mate shouldn't have told me - so if he was actually a good mate to her and kept the secret then I wouldn't feel bad now anyway - which is how I gotta play it i spose
i didn't read the thread, but i'm sure don't 'send teh letter' is applicable somehow.
solution, get your mate victor to fuck emily, and whilst doing so get steph's number from emily, there problem solved ;D
ask emily if you can have casual sex with her but enter a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship with her friend. 
get the girl....lol
