not near as much as i want to, as i don't have my own setup now. grr.
last time i had decks in my room, i'd go for about 4 hours a day. just love it too much.
Got my first ever mixer Christmas 85.
Still like to hit the decks for about an hour a day though when I'm not working.
I like to drop a few tunes before I go to work too just to be in the right frame of mind.
Work usually means anything from 2 to 6 hours worth of DJing depending on where I'm playing.
So I actually DJ a lot.
Cheers

I think in University I would be mixing about 2 hours a day everyday to pick up the basic skills and develop.
But you graduate and life tends to get in the way. I'd say I'm down to 2 hours 3 times a week (still love it just as much). Manage to find time to buy records - still have that disease
only about 2 hours a week at home and then what ever gigs i have.
usually for about 90 mins maybe 3 times a week....sometimes more...
work gets in the way.....but without work, i would have no equip and no vinyl.

In a different angle...

WHO is that?
is she a real DJ?
WHAT does she spin? (although, judging from the battle style setup, 2 channel mixer, her grip on the vinyl and crossfader, it's hip-hop or breaks with incorporated turntablism)
is she any good?
I've seen like 4 pics of her at netclub.ca. Somebody probably stole her pics, or she's from Montreal!

...back on topic my prepubescent friends
I practice anywhere from 30 minutes to a couple hours when I have a chance. I would say weekly it probably adds up to 3 hours.
I used to practice a lot more, but now after doing it for a couple years, I throw on tunes every now and then to keep the technique polished.
Damn, not so sure what you guys are getting all excited about in that pic... it's a child.
It's a freaky thing when you realise that you are actually old enough to be someone's dad. Either that or she just looks exceptionally young.
Try and keep on topic folks my heart can't handle it...
Cheers

i practice everyday, but unfortunate because of other obligations its always ranging from a half hour till 2 hours a day.
My practising depends how I feel. Somedays I quit after two records because mixing just won't do. But somedays I play so long that I have to stop because I've played all my records once.
as much as my work/class/roomate/neighbors permit me to. ahh gotta love college
razzi.
