My life is soooo much better under Bushes. At least those poor people who are lazy wont get any of MY money I worked so hard for. Gooooo GOP!!!! OH no! Not a dangerous nipple on TV! They will protect me from ever seeing that again, rather than prioritizing and finding a way to get food & shelter for those in D.C.who have none. I am ready for that draft into Iran!!!!

It's about friggin' time we get some monarchy in US. Here's the US Royal tree: for the next few generations:

King George Bush suceeded by
King George Bush II suceeded by
King Jeb "the feeble-minded" Bush
Queen Laura Bush
Queen Barbara Bush II
Queen Jenna Bush

That's my prediction for next 50-60 years. Call me Nostradamus, if you like.

If by "calling you Nostradamus," you mean calling you a crazy wack job with absurd predictions, then I'm on board with you.

Wow, not bad typing considering I don't really remember writing this after celebrating the DePaul victory in basketball last night. Bottom line: We really don't need another Bush in office. I would think one of the 295,000,000 Americans without Bush as their last name might be qualified (same goes for Clinton too). People seriously think this country has been made that much better under Sr. & W?

edit: the concept of sacrasm, humor, and tomfoolery is definitely a concept lost on PDD section of tranceaddict.com.

No, I just think your antics are still a little...JV squad. You need to take it up a level.

Getting back to subject I'd say keep an eye on Gov. Mark Warner of Virginia... and not just cause I grew up there. He was elected 12 months after Gore got his butt kicked in VA. He's had ups and downs in the past couple of years but he's a Democrat with a 60%+ approval rating in a RED state.

http://www.cnn.com/2005/ALLPOLITICS...r.ap/index.html

Sen. Bayh is a good choice as well. He's pretty centrist, a red state governor with experience on the Senate Armed Services Committee (good experience to have in this crazy world).
http://bayh.senate.gov/about.html

I was in semi-rural GA for the election and the Republicans here did a good job of making Kerry about as popular as Osama B. Laden. As a Dem I think we need a more centrist candidate and better campaign management.

Is Nader gonna run again?
I'd vote for him if I lived in the US.

If she gets elected, I'll be her Monica Lewinsky.

Haha, might as well have some fun, right? I've heard some crazy college stories about one of them. Granted 2nd hand stories might not be true, but I hope they are in this case.

I would like to see Zell Miller run, but that is not going to happen.

Zell Miller vs. Howard Dean would be fun. I could see Zell challenging Dean to a duel with spitballs with Dean holding a cat like in Speedracer_mec's old signature.

Posted by DampCold on Jan-24-2005 08:40:

Two fiery candidates facing off... what could be more fun... and ppl say they don't like negative ads. Where would the fun be without them.

I'm up for sloppy seconds...

BTW, don't u think that the dress is too revealing for the daughters of the leader of the free world? I bet that goes a long way in radical islamic parts of the world: "When we liberate you, your daughters can dress just like our Prez's"

...not that I'd mind...

An interesting point, albeit I'm not sure it's the most relevant one. I guess Dubya figures his daughters can think for themselves. But what about Kerry's daughter showing up at the Cannes Film Festival in a see through dress?

Sweet Saggy Tits, Batman!

If this becomes the new mantra, you can officially label be a neo-con.

Hillary Clinton

Posted by 3xx3r7 on Jan-25-2005 02:14:

Easy.

Hillary.

However, if they pass an amendment and Arnold runs, there is no chance that she will win.

Yeah, I don't think they will pass an amendment and rightfully so. However, I am not sure if you are allowed to run for vice-president... the office of President could include vice-presidents as well.

Posted by Radagast on Jan-25-2005 03:54:

Oh yes, foreign born americans are qualified to run for VP. At least if they've been in the country for 20 years or something. Don't hold me to that number, I just made it up.

Posted by DampCold on Jan-25-2005 04:15:

No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.

That is all I could find on it. I doesn't say much about the vice president in the article. See http://www.law.cornell.edu/constitu....articleii.html.

Oh I guess you have to be a native-born American to run for VP as well: http://encarta.msn.com/encyclopedia..._States.html#s3

But some author said Arnold could run for VP on the Dennis Miller show recently. Heh. Moron.

So, I would assume that they devrive that from the article I listed above. It would seem possible that a judge or legislator could interpret the constitution a little different and allow it.
