F*ck I shit you not, I grew up around Bailey's Cross Roads. Went there about 10 years ago and didn't recognize the damn place. Certainly wouldn't recognize it now as well. Last time I stopped by the high school was about 20 years ago. Long time ago and long time ago football games, but I still remember them. I'm getting too f*cking old I reckon. Yeah i've pretty much met all the other VA TA's, GQMRTrance, Beema, FlavDave, Das_Mario, Busy_Child...

but they all post in NYTA forums. There's a lot of people from Virginia on other boards that i've met as well that are not TA's (Buzz message board, Glow message board, InnerDC and Dungpow for example)

Yeah, 20 years later and the entire Northern Virginia area is just sprawling with businesses and corporations.

When people ask where i'm from, I have to say Northern Virginia because there is an inherent difference between NoVA and, well..the rest of the state.

People say Virginia is a southern state, but Northern Virginia is it's own separate entity. Its not southern, its not northern, its just ... Northern Virginia. . wow what an oxymoron

You ever head back to this part of the world, smoke, let me know, im sure me and my fellow MD, DC and VA TAs can show you around, grab a couple beers and whatnot. Plus i want to see your tubbed out Merc Grand Marquis. Did you give it to your son already?
