I'm 5'11" and 145lbs and I feel like I am going to be blown away by the wind on a strong day! I tried eating like a horse, and not fast food. My younger brother is a keen rower and spent a lot of time eating bananas and all this protein shit, then hit the gym for about 2hrs a day and bulked up pretty well. One problem, you expend more wind than Mother Nature...he hurt his asshole because he was expending so much

I can't imagine being that skinny. I'm 6'0 175, and I consider myself fairly thin.

Learn your systems son. 6'2" is 187,96 cm. Still lacking 12,04 cm, or 4 inches and 3/4th.

I'm about 90 kilos (~200 pounds) at 6'8". People call me skinny (or well, in the US they did, maybe that explains it )
