To jam.iii: Nice avatar!!!!

WOOO HOOO!! Hippies unite on the TA boards! I've got the "Steal Your Face" logo in blacklight right above my decks for inspiration!

And yeah, I could definitely see the same kind of thing happening in Platteville, Wisco is just not for EDM. Hopefully I get accepted into school in Utrecht and be able to enjoy a nation where EDM is king!

... Interesting side note though, because of Saturday Night I have been invited to spin a semi-private (Everyone there will know me) "Club Night UWSP" party, and a charity event in May, so there's some silver lining there, even with a "Touch of Grey..."

...

If this were rec.music.phish or a random dead board I'd get slayed for a T. O. G. reference...

Cheers,

RJT

a midwest TA party would be great, but like a lot of you have said... it's the organizing that is the problem. someone should just throw a huge-ass house party and put some flyers up on TA to get peoples attention.

if you say "free booze for TAs" you'll get a bigger turnout

This is all the more reason that once I sell our house (in midst of a divorce) I need a house in the country between madison and milwaukee. I wish i could throw a house party, but i live in an "old" neighborhood in Madison.

+1 on the party though.
