right now, im basically back to normal, maybe 90-95%. its funny because today, i just had the urge to give massages, of which i procceeded to, and as a result am sore in my shoulders and arms. my ass also hurts cause for some reason, my legs were spasming a lot when i stood still. but yesterday, i still was buzzed out. i slept maybe 3 hours, and then laid all day on the sofa watching tv, but i really wasnt watching it, i was thinking about my experience and how much i wanted to do it again. when i woke up, i was breathing hard, and deep heart beats, like coke, and i was having to touch stuff. i didnt eat since 3pm the day before so i would have an empty stomach for the night, and i was naseous until around 6pm, when i finally got the balls to eat an orange, which made me feel better.

my next planned excapade is going to be my birthday, april 13, 2 monthes. plenty of time.

luckly i had good friends, who made me drink water when i didnt even realize how thirsty i really was. im not a big guy, so likewise i dont have as much water as a bigger person might have. its good to have experienced ones around who know what your going through as a first-timer, and just watch over you.

Ahh..my first time It was at a massive outdoor rave in jakarta (by CREAM). I wasnt even planning on popping..or even go to the rave. We were sitting bored and one of my friends told me there was this rave 10,000 ppl rave by the beach..so we were like "ehhh.........why not!".

When we got there I meet some other of my friends and they said they were all popping. Not wanting to be left out I decided to try it too. Man...I had no idea of what to expect. All I remember was that I was dancing and then decided to take a moment of rest to look back on the crowd...I just couldnt belive it..the music, the lighting, the lasers (being project on a waterfall on the stage) , the pepole..it was all soo intense. I'd never felt this intimate euphoric feeling before. I felt closer with my friends then I had ever done before. And the music was perfect The main stage started out with deep house, into prog, into prog breaks, into prog trance, and the las 2 hours with pure euphoric trance. For the first time in my life I understood what Rave was. An Out-of-body experince.The music was in my heart..

The mainstage finished with the beginning of sunrise. It was crazy and everybody were huggning eachother, some ppl crying...even the Djs were doing this. We had landed saftley. The chillout arena contines for another hour. That was the first time I head 'FSOF - papua new guinea' and the tune blew me away. Whenever I hear it now it alwasy reminds me of my first rave experience.

Afterwards we all went down to sit on the beach for the comedown to watch the rest of the sunrise. With the waves in our ears, everybody just sat quiet thinking about how crazy the night had been. It was the perfect night and I fell in love with the music..

you're still feeling the effects of it then...afterglow of the experience. You can keep the afterglow feeling for longer if you eat trytophan containing foods washed down with grapefruit juice...say bananas, turkey and milk (on its own of coursE)

The twitching and accentuated heart rate will be due to the effects of the amphetamine that the pills contained. You can prevent twitching by taking magnesium and zinc supplements, and its easier to sleep that way. its very easy to sleep after a roll, because of the released seratonin.

You're still a decent 40% high from what you've described to me haha

pill testers are a very clever thing to have. i am absolutly sure there was coke in my pill because it gave me the sore throat, the heavy heart beat, the slow heavy breathing, and the non-stop talking. but, it was SOOOO much better.

next time, im carrying around a water bottle and taking little sips every 5 minutes. i realize now how bad it can be. my mouth was so dry, and i was too doped up to realize it until the liquid of life finally got in there.

and on the issue of water, you have to drink like 2 litres ++ an hour to do yourself harm and when you're rolling, its not like you get the urge to drown yourself by drinking. Yes you get thirsty cos your mouth drys up and you sweat a bit more and feel a bit hotter, but their is no inbuilt urge to drink that surfaces when you roll

Also next time suck on a jolly rancher. It will be the best jolly rancher youve ever had.

and yes, as you've mentioned touch is greately enhanced...but all your other senses are enhanced as well, as jonsun said. Eating nice stuff is very enjoyable. It is the same with LSD, everything tastes fantastic! so eat some sherbet, drink some sparkling water, some ice cream next time

We all know that sound is enhanced, as we listen to our tunes. Smell is enhanced, next time you hug a hot girl, smell her perfume and hair , and of course lights are very pretty

i see..but usually, u see somebody else doing it, and seeing it having no adverse effects on them, so then u know there's not that big of a chance of it hurting you.
