i don't get it either, but i think it has to do with endurance and speed.

Dancing Dude

Its a great sign for spring when F1 starts up ...Montreal is one big party town when F1 is in town. The nite life is awesome & they close off the streets.I went to the F1 there BUT the track is crap with not alot to see & watch the race.

I've been to the first F1 race at the Indy speedway and the view is WAY better in any spot you sit in...BUT...there's NO nightlife at all & the track is located in a poor area of town.

Can't wait

We made the mistake of getting general admission the year we went.I noticed that there's alot of trees & shit so unless you have a decent seat & a view of the big screens to watch the race, you fucked

some torontian buisness men wish to have it over in Toronto and started to hint Jordan's boss to see if it could be done.

Basically, this is way too early to say if its possible or not.

One thing for sure, Toronto doesn't have a F1 quality track ready, it would cost around 50M alone for that, plus another 100 to 150M for the buildings and other infrastructures surrounding that track...

won't happen that easily.

bigUPS to Shanghai for putting together a world class track .. that type thing would take mountains of bureaucratic blah here ..

Yea.. probably not happening in Toronto. We don't even have a track. And knowing our government.. they won't pay for jackshit. Even when they suck billions out of our economy to keep the rest of Canada going.
