Agreed wholeheartedly with all of that... although I'm still interested to hear his take on 4. From what I've read he's been considering it for a while so can't see him rushing into things & throwing his latest warmup playlist on there. At least I hope not anyway

Yeah some peeps on page 2 already seem to think that this is the track list. Lol.

yeah, this and the female vocal trance tunes! remember "calling your name", "touch me", "dreaming", "southern sun", etc, ISOS where for me nothing without this classics..

Some questions that will have to be answered:

Will Tiesto be able to continue his ISOS series successful? How will the mixing be? the tracklist? Will Tiesto win back his fans with this CD?

.. can't wait, another possible good release in the beginning of this year!

Win back his fans lol that's hilarious, Tijs has got loads of fans

I hope that remix of swing 2 harmony he has been playing a lot will be on it.

I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself!

Oh wait, no I'm not.

i'm very interested... but i have this feeling... that i'm going to be let down... again.

Tiesto has ALWAYS released quality CD mix comps, with the exception of Nyana Disc 1. I highly doubt he has lost his touch when making a mix comp.

Posted by Tegu on Feb-22-2005 22:25:

that tracklist is definitely bs

and i dont think ISOS 3 was his best

revolutions is in my opinion

Posted by Halcyon+On+On on Feb-22-2005 22:48:

I'm definitely looking forward to this, as the In Search of Sunrise series has always been the pinnacle of his work (not to discredit Magik, but ISOS just seems slightly more sophisticated). And I totally agree with Ian^ that ISOS 2 was absolute bliss - the mixing, the structure, the song choices - all just absolutely perfect. ISOS 1 was damn-close to being as great as ISOS 2, while ISOS 3 was an excellent CD with great tunes but, as Ian^ also said, it lacks a flowing structure to it that the other 2 demonstrated Tiesto was capable of.

In any case, you can't judge this work off of his previous accomplishments, as the true measure of an artist is very often his/her capability to adapt and change and somtimes, just sometimes, possibly even create something completely new.

Maybe my hopes are a bit too high, but he hasn't failed to impress me with his album releases in the past... so we'll see what happens.

The In Search of Sunrise series were always my favorite Tiesto CDs, especially #2. I'm looking forward to this one, and i'm thinkin' it's gonna be worth it.

Nyana disk 2 could have passed for ISOS 4 IMO.

i loved CD1. It reminds me of summer and fun and windows down driving with friends and all that good stuff... for some reason.

haha yea me too, but while i enjoy CD1 i LIVE for CD2 in the nyana department... beautiful for listening!

Posted by PlasticSoul on Feb-23-2005 02:56:

I think this album will not beat the other 3, cus trance nowadays is diff. from past...
what tracklist today can beat some of the 3 old isos"?
thats imo...

Posted by DeviantxPete on Feb-23-2005 03:44:

Nyana's track selection was great, but Tiesto's horrible mixing ruined the mood of the compilation. Better than than the atrocious mixing in Parade of the Athletes, though.

Anyways, looking forward to this.

Posted by Tayfoon on Feb-23-2005 04:28:

The stuff hes been playing @ clubs lately is far from what he puts on his mix Albums.

PS: I like any Albums that remind me of summer

Love is in the air

WHOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Posted by blayzinyo on Feb-23-2005 04:48:

yayyyyyyyy.....you guys write a bunch of stuff that's not even worth reading....

lets hope he doesn't screw ISOS4's playlist with a bunch of overwhored tunes that really don't deserve to be heard anymore.

YAY!!!...i hope 'I Found U' won't be on it to say the least... >_<

Are you kidding me. I don't listen to disk 1 too much, but the mixing in disk 2 is ridiculously amazing. Forever Waiting into ATRC is orgasmic as with many other mixes in disk 2. You surely cannot insult tiesto's mixing in Nyana.

Posted by BeeJay on Feb-23-2005 12:33:

I can't wait. I'm expecting much, hopefully he can please his fans with another great ISOS.
