Hey, I just had a radical thought pass through... could it be the head rocking to the beat? That it puts the brain in a sort of temporary daze?

For you I'd recommend hitting your head against something to the beat.....

Guys... it's just... I think that the question is if, you know, you can subject yourself to subliminal messages and stuff like that. I know I should not believe every word I see on the spaces of internet, but to ignore them altogether is not a solution. I just think that whenever some information goes around, especially on the site of "trance institutes", it must at leat partially have some basis behind it.
Can anybody confirm somethink about subliminal messages?

Subliminal messages? Thanks for the laugh.

I think that people in general are becoming more and more unhappy. Its like a fad. Youre not cool if youre a happy kid, and thats probably why Ive been a d0rk all my life.

Yeah, I know a lot of unhappy people that listen to trance. But, I can say the same thing about my friends that listen to the Evita soundtrack over and over and over again...

We're all messed up in our own right.

I guess ignorance is indeed a factor here

It is also possible to produce 'addictive trance music'. Jeez! Why would anyone want to do that?" (from www.trance.edu)...

"'Pure' trance inducing music is simple to produce"

Be very carefull with whom you "drop in" with. Directed negative energy in the group can cause major problems with the individual when under a trance.

All is not as it would seem. Look out for the "Faux Spiritualist" or anyone who could possibly have their own personal agenda. Our world is a dangerous one, and our dance floor is a special place, but there are still those who will mock and seek to destroy the outstanding.

Your trance puts you in a state of easy manipulation, especially if you have you taken any "party favors". Not everyone is your friend, the trance world is full of beauty... It is also full of unhealthy appetites and that which comes along with them.

Choose your Trances wisely, Bring your own party favors, and if you hear someone being negative,,, Tell them that the dance has no place for that type of behavior and it is NOT A PARTY... It is a sacred ritual to be treated with respect, even if they dont understand.

Hey guys!
www.askaboutcanada.info/information.html

I have been listening to trance for some time. However, it was causing negative effects on me - feeling depressed, down, etc. I did some research on trance music and found bunch of interesting stuff. Trance and trance music are being research by the Trance Institute.
It's site is www.trance.edu

What do you guys think about all this? Would you agree/disagree with the quotes presented on the sites? What are your thought/opinions about trance music and its possible connection with hypnosis, subliminal messages, ect?

dude mines totally the opposite to that of urs....try listening to George Michael's Careless Whisper.....ul feel better in no time...
