With a good body, especially during the summer months, you are a more energetic, happier person in general; any sacrifices in diet and comfort are well worth it. There will be two categories, most improved male and most improved female. Don�t be a pussy, join in. This contest starts March 1st. -Masonious |

And Jason...youre such a metro hahaha...new haircuts?!?! I bust out laughing when I read that....so you!
i think I might be able to gain 20 lbs in 4 months if I bulk up my legs A LOT. I have some college athlete friends ill be working out with for the next 3 months too, so should be good! Also im gonna stop eating 1700 calories a day and spike it again 
no pictures of anyones back?

I just had my license suspended for too many points. If I can talk my hearing officer into giving me permission to drive to the gym/hockey, I might join this contest. If not, it's a little cold for me to run to and from the gym after work. Might just have to start lifting at home, but I don't really have enough weight to bulk up. Just tone up, maybe.
