The point of this is not how we look now but how much better we can make ourselves look in 4 months.

If this idea sounds great in theory, but you think you�ll puss out halfway through or something, then just sit back with your pint of Ben and Jerry�s and give up now.

With a good body, especially during the summer months, you are a more energetic, happier person in general; any sacrifices in diet and comfort are well worth it.

There will be two categories, most improved male and most improved female.

Don�t be a pussy, join in.

This contest starts March 1st.

i think I might be able to gain 20 lbs in 4 months if I bulk up my legs A LOT. I have some college athlete friends ill be working out with for the next 3 months too, so should be good! Also im gonna stop eating 1700 calories a day and spike it again

hahaha...well...i'll have a new haircut by then hahaha...i've been growing it out for a while..still in transition, but it'll look good i promise hahaha


and i think you can gain 20 lbs...you just won't be as lean as you would like to be...which is fine...i just know you and you said you like to be the uber lean...it would take a year or two of solid training to put on a solid 20 lbs...but still shoot for it hehehe...i always over shoot

I just had my license suspended for too many points. If I can talk my hearing officer into giving me permission to drive to the gym/hockey, I might join this contest. If not, it's a little cold for me to run to and from the gym after work. Might just have to start lifting at home, but I don't really have enough weight to bulk up. Just tone up, maybe.
