I actually agree with Ory on this one.
Probspot is plain boring and highly overrated.

Blueberry is one of my favourites from last year, makes me go mental when pitched up . TV Dinner & Foreplay were nice too along with his remixes of Jump The Next Train and I Kill For You.

But his sound seems to have been recycled a fair bit Its easy for people to be mistaken when TV Dinner and Foreplay are mixed together, thinking its one song.

Hopefully hes had time to work in the studio on other things, and its not fair people judge him on past productions when hes not released anything for a few months. His pending album will be the decider.

foreplay, tv dinner, timeless are my fave productions. remix wise it's definately isle dauphine and turn it into gold.

Call me an elitist, but Probspot = McProg (or American Progressive, as Cobalt would put it )

he didnt really asked for the genre jus for the opinion on those that liked him & their favourite productions by him.

Personally for me, Foreplay or the Sacred Cycles remix

I'm out.

You could get straight to the point, you know... you don't have to beat around the bush

blueberry eaasily, the melody is sick!

Blueberry has good days and bad. Some days it really picks me up, others it sounds like everything else.

His remix of I Kill for You was better than the original. But for me his top 3 have gotta be TV Dinner, Timeless, and Foreplay. Hearing any of those will pick me right up from any mood.

Probspot is a top notch for me! Repetitive? Maybe, but I haven't heard a single tune that I would not like.
TV Dinner and Blueberry have such a beautiful bassline and powerful kick that just do it! Oh and I also like his powerful hihats.

Edit: also, his remix on Endre's "I Kill for You"... phantastic!!!!!

Posted by R.j. on Feb-25-2005 20:55:

remix of 'i kill for u' only thingy of his i ever liked... other than that everything i dislike.

Posted by Kooshtie on Feb-26-2005 01:40:

probspot has been to busy as of late deepthroating markus' shchulz' bone...thats why all their singles sound blande and dilluted.

Posted by mndeg on Feb-26-2005 07:18:

foreplay!

Posted by trancedanne on Feb-26-2005 20:29:

Tracks with heavy basslines = Mcprog?
Anyway Probspot rocks, easily one of the best progressive producers out there, he has learned everything from the master himself "David West"
