Juno Reactor for sure. Ben Watkins is the master of the evil Synth.
Traci Lords too. Most of her stuff is ambient but she has a couple of great trance tracks.

Agreed as for Xenomorph, it's dark, but you have much darker psy like The Delta, not melodic though. If you want something very dark but still melodic check out BATTLE OF THE FUTURE BUDDHAS from Sweden, dark psychedelic trance for dark cold forests

Joti Sidhu's 90's project "Psychaos" tends to mess with your head pretty badly. Try 'Investigating Eternity', 'Sonic Chemist' and 'Dense Dawn'.

Battle of the Future Buddhas is a must. Awesome and wierd psy, totally fucked up shit. Some of my favourites: Domestic Bliss, Illusion, Mr. Fantastic, What We Saw Tonight

Their compilation series "Schlabbaduerst" features very dark, hard and evil psytrance. Available in very limited numbers though. But it's as dark and evil as it gets.

Try out anything by Eat Static, it will set you in the right mood. Also Neuromotor makes some of the darkest psy I'm aware of.

He "Domestic bliss" is one of my all time favourites, but I don't find it on slsk or anywhere else, i'll send you a PM if you can help me about...
And yes "Schlabbaduerst" compilations are one of the weirdests, and i really dig "Ka-sol" music, some are really amzing, like "iris" or "struck"...
