WOW!

Amazing track mate!

Is there any way you'll post the full track? I love it!

sooper: thanks Trev, for your comments! i will boost the bassline, since i know its drowned in the track a lot, i will add to some more drive, too.

woscar99: thanks, mate, i'm glad you like it! i would like to send out this track to some labels when i finished it fully, so we will see how it turns out...

hey, guys,

i uploaded an updated sample of the track, i changed the melodies, now it has some thrillseekers + pulser sounds a bit, i think,

here is the link to the new updated sample:

Peter Safranyos presents Halcyon Kiss - Halcyon Kiss (sample)

hope you will like it!

it's still the unmastered version, though

please, leave some comments about the track, if you like it or not,

if anyone interested in remixing, then let me know,

thanks in advance,

Peter

melodies are better than the first quality is good, good job Pete (Y) (this is renco btw, i'm too lazy to change to my own account )

Nice riff.
I like it a lot.
Great fxes.
I still think you should improve the kick and bass.
It still doesn't sound as good as it should.
Good lead but I think it should be more upfront in the mix.
It sounds less chaotic now.
But the atmosphere now has some other feeling, something is missing with it.
Great track overall.
I can't wait for the vocals.

I'm remixing this ok?

Hey,

I really like this one, one of your better ones imo. Don't have much to complain on, wish I was as good as you, hehe
Sounds more organised than the previous one, if I remember it right. Also, the melody is much better.

Great work!

don't like the clap... it's not where it should be... move it up to the higher frequencies... the clap's in the spectral area the melodies should be... so it distracts from the melodies.. there's no solid bassline... the frequency gap from the nearest bassline to the lows of the kick is very large making the lows sound empty.

Once again too many melodies going on at once, so I can't really get into this tune.

Sorry, doesn't remind me of Pulser or Thrillseekers at all... It sounds more like the style of 8 wonders with a touch of Solar Stone.

I think it's much better now.
I think it fits.
Try listening again.

the bass + low end percs still need a lot of work

the whole track sounds very airy as if there is a reverb on the master channel

melodies sound as if they work better now, still a long way to go on this tho dude, im sure it can be ace if you put the time into it

Well You have some very very nice synth sound design here but the " groove" of the track is missing because of weak basslines and Kick/ Percs this track would be Killer if u get ur basslines fixed and your Bass up in volume and power and get some awsome percs in there but over all its real weak mate But I still like it deff my style this would get spunn at one of my sets.

I'd have to agree with the other Peter here. The Elevation-sounding version was much better. If I were you, just focus on getting the best original sound you can, if you don't sound like Thrillseekers, then screw that, you weren't meant to sound like him. We all can't sound like our heroes.

It's good to copy your heroes to learn from them, but if you've already came up with something praiseworthy in your sound, why not keep it? It's good, no need to discard it because it doesn't sound like your favorite producer.

peter i like this really great athmosphere i really like it...maybe kick is to weak try to give a kick more punch in midlle frequencies...

i never wanted to copy Thrillseekers or anything. His productions just inspired me a lot writing this track. If you listen to the old or eveb the new sample you will realize that my track is a bit far from his style.

Anyway, since some of you guys announced, that you liked the previous version of my track better, i decided to finish the old version of th track too, so i will have 2 mixes of the same track. Hopefully i will be able to post some samples of the finished productions soon,

thanks for the comments, suggestions,

Peter
