It's a great track Ricky!

Theres too much clipping on this track. I mean, with some mastering, this could be really good.

Whered you come up with breaks? It's a 4/4 beat

Good song...just a tad bit repetitive. I'd say shorten the beginning to where the voices come in.

Haha I have a secret - he doesn't master his tracks .

hey A38 - thanks - The repetitiveness was intended - some liked itm some didn't.
Az is doing a breaks remix I think anyway.

Haha!

Break Beat - A Broken Up Beat is what I see when I hear or see the word "breakbeat"

When have you ever heard someone calling a song breaks with a 4/4 beat, besides you?

Listen to some luke chable...thats like progressive breaks.

come on... clipping's easy to fix... just turn down the master volume of the track and render it again.

most or all breaks is 4/4 (i haven't herad any breaks waltz as of yet, wait. nevermind. i have)... anyway, it's got 4 beats per measure.... 4/4 and 4 on the floor... are totally different. 4/4 is the time signature... 4 on the floor means it's got a kick on the downbeats... oontz oontz oontz oontz.

Hi Ricky!!

Very different clima , i very like your tam-tam's , voc is very good, bassline id good, only melo don't like me, is to simply,

Best Regards

Nice synth and tribal feel.

It's got a psy-trance atmosphere, without those annoying cliches (reason why someone probably mentioned Belgian House). It's minimal, yet it's far from that progressive non-sense.

Repetitive, cold, old-skool and thaaaaat's just lovely

(the chord hits in the beginning are a tad bit too loud though )

Posted by RickyM on Mar-28-2005 18:23:

Why thank you lira and sunclyder - sunclyder i will check out your new tune now

Hi Ricky - downloaded this from your sig the other day (as it was so subtley unnoticable and I've gotta say this rocks.

Can't offer much by way of recommendations as I'm no producer myself, but this takes qualitye elements of more than one genre and blends them nicely. Top quality and I want it on vinyl as I still haven't got CD decks I can play it on yet!

You should definitely post up some of your other stuff too mate. Nice job

Posted by RickyM on Apr-14-2005 13:16:

Thanks man, but I doubt I could get it on vinyl, I've no way of doing it

Posted by LazarusDJ on Apr-14-2005 15:33:

Ha, no worries man, I'm sure someone will reocgnise your talents soon at a label who'll do the hard work for ya

Seriously, this tune is top drawer. Stick at it and I'm sure I'll be picking your stuff up on vinyl before very long!
