for the record, blank and jones are probably one of the most solid producers back in the 99 era, After love, Beyond Time, The Nightfly, and Cream are all huge tunes, and would definatly go into the top 100 IMO. as for earlier genres...

Seeing the current list, however, does raise an important point. While we may want to compile a list of the top tunes of 94 on, we are still looking at it from the present rather than what actually was popular in those years. We may look back and feel such tracks like Cafe del Mar were great, even important, tracks that helped shaped trance into what it's become a decade later, but they were by no means popular at all.
As such, you'd probably see such cuts like Jam & Spoon's Right In The Night, tracks that had crossover appeal, topping Best Of 94 lists.
