Thanks Jose, I really appreciate the offer - but really I loved that Alpine.

It was a couple of years old, so I'm probably going to have a hard time finding anything nearly as nice (for the money.)

I'm not even going to attempt to squeeze a $500+ head-unit into my currently tight budget, so I might as well just suck it up for a while. Things have been much worse, so I'll surely survive.

Looking on the bright side of things, I just bought a new 320GB Western Digital hard drive AND a (USB 2.0 / Firewire combo) external enclosure for under $200.
