Who will get qualified for next stage.. nr. 1 & 2 and best nr. 3?

I think Germany is in a difficult group..isnt Cameroon Olymic Champion and Champion of Africa? Ok there were lucky during Olympic Games...but they have a great team.

And group F.. Nigeria defense isnt that good..so i think Nigeria finished last in their group

After winning their group undefeated, with a 66:0 goal difference,

kinda obvious when you play against countries that only have 1000 inhabitants

its my dutch friend, ITS FUCKEN SAD!! dat Holland didn't qualify

Posted by Dj O'Callaghan on Dec-05-2001 03:04:

Yeah it is a pity that Holland didn't qualify.

I'm backing Ireland in this but they won't do good I know they won't our defense sucks, the only good players we've got are Roy Keane, Robbie Keane, Harte, Carr, Kilbane, and Kinsella can sometimes be good but that little plastic prick who plays for Ipswich the fucking sheep shagging bastard Matt Holland has been playing in Kinsellas place it pisses me off cos Hollands not an Irish surname, plus he's english anyway and I Hate Ipswich.

If Ireland go out as stupid as it sounds I'll back England because afterall I'm born in England and I have a British passport but I don't think they'll win it at all.

Looking at the groups though I find it a bit erm weird that France and Brazil have easy groups, lucky buggers.

Smiley DJ

Predictions :Teams that won't do well as expected: Brazil, Germany, Belgium, Spain

Teams that aren't expected to do well but will:Japan, China, Ireland, Sweden, ENGLAND , Portugal, and some South AMerican team, that I jus can't remeber the name of

Team that will win the World Cup: ooh, i'll take a stab in the dark here, and hope ENgland win it!

Posted by -=chato4ever=- on Dec-23-2001 05:05:

Cool

I think Argentina, England, France or Brazil will win the World Cup.

Posted by fastmp3 on Dec-23-2001 06:45:

hahaha Brazil ? no way man they are too weak , they won't even qualify for the semi-finals

Posted by Lytchix on Dec-23-2001 10:54:

FRANCE

or Argentina...

Posted by -=chato4ever=- on Dec-26-2001 22:06:

Satan (eek!)

If Brazil gets an Argintinean coach like Carlos Bianchi or Miguel Angel Brindesi they will probably get at least to the semifinals

Posted by Abydos on Dec-27-2001 13:10:

I think it's gonna be either portugal or argentina, portugal the new brazil of this wc, and argentina they're too strong, now let's see if they can handle all the hype, as u know argentinians have big egos to begin with
I hope they don't deflate just like spain does everytime.

I hope the cup stays in the american continent tho'
peace

I don't see France as many of you and Brazil is in a sorta "transition" moment ...
After i looked at how teams are combined after the first round and above i think my boys can do well even if Italy plays better against strong teams ... i think we'll be going to see a Italy vs Argentina final but watch out for the British teams ... anyhow this wc is really unpredictable ... we're gonna see a great show

Posted by Virus on Dec-28-2001 17:30:

I think that Argentina will win the WC. France are my second favorite team to win it, but hey, it just cant be possible to win the world cup, the european championship and then the WC again!?! A very good team indeed, but not all that superior..

As for my beloved Sweden the group is very tough, but with our wellorganized (and somewhat boring) style of play we might just cause a bit of problems for Argentina, Nigeria and England (as always lol )

SoLong!!

But my point is that Uruguay played 30 odd games to qualify - many of which they lost. Australia loses one game and we're out!

Posted by Xavier on Jan-05-2002 12:50:

England can win it if Sven Goran Erikkson doesnt do any stupid mistakes like the previous 2 England managers. Glen Hoddle found out too late Beckham was good enough to start in WC 98, Keegan was so f*cked up in the head he substituted Owen in all 3 matches in Euro 2000.

IMO beware of the sleeping Giants like Germany...they could wake up at any moment. Anything can happen...
